The Rolls-Royce Black Badge Cullinan is built on the same Cullinan foundation, finished and tuned with more edge throughout. The pieces that usually catch the light, the Spirit of Ecstasy, the door handles, the trim around the windows, are finished in a deep black rather than polished chrome. It's a hand-applied finish, and it's easy to miss in photos but hard to miss standing next to the car.
The exhaust tips get the same treatment through a specialized black-chrome process. Combined with vertical daytime running lights and an illuminated grille, the front end reads differently at night than it does in daylight, and the front-end styling gives the whole car a slightly lower, more planted stance.
A cabin that doesn't just copy the standard Cullinan.
Black Badge trims bring interior options that aren't offered on the standard model, including a textured seating textile made from a bamboo-derived fiber, embroidered with a pattern unique to Black Badge cars. It's the kind of detail photos don't do justice to.
Near the analog clock, you'll find a black-finished Spirit of Ecstasy figurine, lit from below. The dashboard's illuminated trim strip and available gauge-face colorways add a more digital, modern layer to an otherwise classic dash.

Beyond its exterior and interior treatment, the Black Badge Cullinan carries the technology suite found across the current Rolls-Royce lineup. Navigation data is used to preselect gears ahead of curves and elevation changes, and camera-based road scanning helps the air suspension anticipate surface changes before they're felt in the cabin.
Bespoke Instrument Dials add a configurable digital layer to the driver's environment, while the dashboard's Illuminated Fascia and available interior lighting options round out a cabin built as much for comfort on a long drive as for a short trip around Naples.
More power, delivered the same familiar way.
The same 6.75-liter twin-turbocharged V12 gets a firmer tune here, with output rising to roughly 600 horsepower and 664 lb-ft of torque, most of it available low in the rev range. Power still routes through a ZF eight-speed automatic to all four wheels, and a dedicated Low driving mode quickens shift response when you want it.
None of that changes the fundamentals: this is still built on Rolls-Royce's aluminum spaceframe, with four-wheel steering and the kind of ride quality the Cullinan is known for. The brake pedal has simply been recalibrated for a slightly more direct feel.
