Only the finest materials surround the passenger in the new Maserati Levante, including high-quality leathers, fine wood trim, and platinum-effect metals. The finely-crafted dash and doors feature a number of upholstery options, including leathers with contrasting stitching that can provide a luxury or sporting appearance, depending on the direction you desire. Smooth, clean, uncluttered lines are utilized for simple elegance on the dash and across the interior.

Passenger comfort and convenience is just as important as utilizing craftsmanship and quality materials, and in the Levante, even the smallest comforts are important. This includes an Air Quality Sensor used across all models, whether you choose the Dual-Zone Climate Control or the advanced Four-Zone climate control system that gives rear seat passengers the ability to adjust their temperatures as needed. Providing 20.5 cubic feet of cargo space, the trunk can swallow plenty of luggage and other gear.

Power-adjustable front seats are standard, with driver memory settings available. All rows of seating can be heated, as well as the steering wheel, while the front seats can also be ventilated for the warmer summer months. Opt for sport front seats for increased bolstering and support.

Performance

On top of exquisite styling, Maseratis are also renowned for responsive, powerful performance, like an Italian tenor clad in a perfectly-fitted tuxedo. Two impressive engines are offered, different versions of the same twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6. The standard edition produces 345 horsepower, while the up-tuned S version ramps up to 424 horsepower. Both engines can produce acceleration times below six seconds, thanks to instant throttle response and an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission that moves smartly through the gears. Handling is tight and snappy ? all the more impressive when you consider it features All-Wheel Drive as standard and can tow nearly 6,000 pounds when properly equipped. An Air Adaptive Suspension with Skyhook electronically variable active-damping suspension system offers five adjustable ride heights, as well as an Easy Entry mode that lowers the Levante for improved passenger and cargo loading and unloading.

Safety

Advanced safety features abound in the new Levante. At the heart of it is the Maserati Stability Programme, which keeps the Levante under control even in drastic maneuvering. This system combines acceleration slip regulation, anti-lock braking with electronic brake distribution, and Maserati drag torque control for a composed ride. A rear-view or surround-view camera is available to help eliminate blind spots, and can be combined with Blind Spot Alert. Forward Collision Warning, Adaptive Cruise Control, and Lane Departure Warning all keep the driver in tune with their surroundings, and keeps the Levante out of dangerous situations. Six air bags include front dual-stage air bags as well as window air bags fitted into the roof lining.
